2025 Sap season is here!

Over 50% of our test taps are flowing, which means we’re just about ready to start full-scale tapping here in the central Peninsula. Spring is the perfect time of year to witness nature at work, and we can’t wait to get started with this year’s birch syrup harvest!

We’ve also been busy sharing our passion for birch syrup and sustainable harvesting with the community. Recently, we gave presentations at the Central Peninsula Garden Club and Soldotna Elementary School, introducing adults and kids alike to the unique process of making birch syrup and the wonders of Alaskanbirch trees.
