Wild Harvested. Boldly Alaska.

Why Alaska Birch Syrup?

Crooked Creek Birch syrup is harvested from the sap of the Alaska birch tree. The finished syrup has a rich and complex flavor, much different than maple.

The soil and environment the Alaska birch grows in affect the flavors and create a delicious bright, tangy fruity syrup unlike many other birch tree species in other parts of the country.

Crooked Creek Birch syrup is:

✓ Made from wild Alaska birch sap

✓ Perfect for salmon, BBQ, cocktails, and desserts

✓ Sustainably harvested in Alaska

The Story Behind Every Drop

Crooked Creek Birch is a family-owned Alaskan company dedicated to sharing the unique gifts of the boreal forest.

Each spring, during a brief three-week harvest, we carefully tap Alaska birch trees to collect their precious sap. Through patience, craftsmanship, and respect for the land, that sap is transformed into our distinctive Alaska birch syrup, a rare delicacy with rich, complex flavor unlike any other.

Creating birch syrup is truly a labor of love. It takes approximately 110 gallons of sap to produce just one gallon of syrup. Every bottle captures the essence of Alaska's wild forests, rugged beauty, and extraordinary natural abundance.

W also offer wildcrafted skincare and chaga products inspired by the same commitment to sustainability and quality.
