• Meet the Crooked Creek Birch Founders

Outdoor enthusiasts Henry and Jenn began tapping birch trees recreationally with their 3 children in 2019. In 2023, Crooked Creek Birch, an extension of Crooked Creek Farms was born. They are a first generation commercial harvesting and fishing family. The sweet and unique flavors in the spring are something they look forward to after the long and dark Alaska winters.

They tap about 1200 birch trees each spring on the central Kenai Peninsula and enjoy the challenges of producing birch syrup. They always eager to fine tune their methods each spring and bring you a delicious and unique culinary treat.
