Harvest Moon Festival

Our first in-person event of the year is just around the corner! Join us at the annual Harvest Moon Local Foods Festival in Soldotna on Saturday, September 26, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This free, family-friendly event will feature plenty of games, crafts, and activities for kids. You’ll also be among the first to shop our exciting new limited-edition product, launching this week.

"The Kenai Local Food Connection first organized the Harvest Moon Local Food Week in 2013, and began hosting the Harvest Moon Festival in 2018. The festival has grown tremendously since then, with over 3500 people attending each year! This annual celebration honors the diversity and abundance of healthy local food in our region, from apples to zucchini, and everything in between. The Harvest Moon Festival features live music, free kids’ activities, a pie contest, food demonstrations, the popular Fermentation Station, and all sorts of Alaska Grown and Made in Alaska food products."
